Anna-Louise Howard retains the image copyrights, as covered by Australian copyright law. All images contained on this website are copyright by Anna-Louise Howard hearin referred to as Anna-Louise Howard Photography and/or ALHP.

Image licencing available upon written request.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials (including the organization and presentation of such material) on this Web site (the “Materials”) are the property of Anna-Louise Howard Photography and is protected by intellectual property laws including laws relating to copyrights, trade-marks, trade-names, internet domain names, and other similar rights.

Unless you have entered into a separate agreement with Anna-Louise Howard Photography, any use of these Materials without written permission is prohibited.

The Materials may only be used and copied for your own, non-commercial, personal or educational purposes, provided that the Materials are not modified and that copyright and other intellectual property notices are not deleted.

Resell, redistribute or transfer any copied Image or photograph. Re-selling the original purchased photograph is permitted. Photographers copyright remains current and is transferred in the case of secondhand purchases. You cannot copy or re-produce secondhand purchases (photographs) without the written permission of the Photographer.

Share a copy of the original photograph or provide access to such an image on shared disk drives, computer networks, intranets of any nature or otherwise.

You may not create a digital or print greeting card based on Anna-Louise Howard Photography Images (photography) – or use our Images as the basis for any individual or collection of physical or digital objects which you then offer for sale.

Use any Image (photograph) in whole or in part as a trademark, service mark, logo, or other indication of origin, or as part thereof , or to otherwise endorse or imply the endorsement of any goods and/or services.

This Site and the ALHP photographic content are intended for customers of ALHP. In attempts to maintain the integrity of the copyrighted photographs found on this site, several copyright protection methods have been utilized. Some of these tactics include, but are not limited to:

3. Conversion of images to low resolution for web gallery use
